Shipping Cut off Time is 10 am, if you place your order after 10 am PST, and do not give us a delivery date, we will ship the same day or as soon as we can Monday- Thursday, excluding holidays. Please tell us the delivery date you want by contacting us. You have 1 hour to report any issues after delivery, or we will not refund or replace your order.
