Shipping Cut off Time is 10 am, if you place your order after 10 am PST, and do not give us a delivery date, we will ship the same day or as soon as we can Monday- Thursday, excluding holidays. Please tell us the delivery date you want by emailing us, so nothing happens to your mushrooms. You have 1 hour to report any issues after delivery, or we will not refund or replace your order. If there is damage to the package, you MUST call UPS and us and if possible, report it to the driver IMMEDIATELY upon delivery. Please check your receipt for accuracy.
