Paddy Straw

(Volvariella Volvacea) The paddy straw is grown on rice straw in South Asia; they are called for in many Chinese and Asian recipes. Paddy Straw Mushrooms are often found in recipes from Southern China. They're delicious in Chicken Stir Fry, Pork Chop Suey, Shrimp Chow Mein Oriental soups and sauces.
