The #2, 3 grade mix has a larger cap and a broken to no veil attached anymore, it is more economical for those who only want the matsutake for eating, not for appearance. Please do not choose this grade if you want them for appearances. No refunds will be given if you purchase these and realize this. Please look at the picture before ordering. Mainly larger open caps, some are smaller (under 3 inches), some with some veil attached.
Please understand that we may send you mushrooms that we checked for bugs, but we don't always see them, so in route, it is possible that there will be bugs when you get them. If you do find some, please let us know. We do our best to make sure you do not get any. We do apologize if that happens.
