Dried European Porcini Mushrooms-Wild

Fantastic porcinis with that meaty, smoky European porcini flavor and scent. They came in nice thick slices and I could crumble them easily, or leave them whole. I'm storing them in the freezer like the instructions say. I'm going to try the Oregon porcinis next, just to learn the difference. I ordered porcini and hedgehogs as my first to try from this company, and I'm really pleased with the quality.
