I love this powder. It’s packed with umami and deep rich mushroom flavor and works incredibly well in soups, stews, egg dishes, gravies, and cooked grains and quinoa. Much, much more flavorful than the domestic variety, and sold here at a truly great price. Every cook should have this!

Been using this for years. I put it in most of what I cook. It keeps forever and retains its great aroma and flavor. If you like mushrooms, you've got to love this.
