White Truffle Linguine

Ingredients:
- 1/2 pound of linguine
- 4 oz of good butter
- 1/2 white truffle
Instructions:
- Boil linguine until nearly done.
- In a skillet, melt the butter.
- Toss linguine in butter. Place in bowls.
- Shave 1/2 white truffle over each bowl. Serve hot.
