Porcini Sauce

Ingredients:
- 1 oz dried porcini mushrooms
- 1/3 of an onion
- Salt
- Pepper corns
- Bay leaf
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1-2 spoons of flour (optional, for thickening)
Instructions:
- Break up dried porcini into small pieces and soak for 20-30 minutes.
- Saute the onion.
- Add salt, pepper corns, and bay leaf.
- Boil the mushroom mixture for 20 minutes or so.
- Add two tablespoons of sour cream about 5 minutes before completion.
- Add a spoon or two of flour if the sauce is too liquid.
