White Truffle Linguine

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 pound of linguine
  • 4 oz of good butter
  • 1/2 white truffle

Instructions:

  1. Boil linguine until nearly done.
  2. In a skillet, melt the butter.
  3. Toss linguine in butter. Place in bowls.
  4. Shave 1/2 white truffle over each bowl. Serve hot.
