White Truffle Potatoes

Ingredients:
- 8 baby Yukon potatoes
- Hot milk
- Butter
- Salt to taste
- White truffle
Instructions:
- Boil baby Yukon potatoes. Place under cold water and peel.
- Run through a ricer into a pot.
- Add hot milk, butter, and salt to taste. Plate.
- Shave white truffle. Serve.
