White Truffle Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 8 baby Yukon potatoes
  • Hot milk
  • Butter
  • Salt to taste
  • White truffle

Instructions:

  1. Boil baby Yukon potatoes. Place under cold water and peel.
  2. Run through a ricer into a pot.
  3. Add hot milk, butter, and salt to taste. Plate.
  4. Shave white truffle. Serve.
