White Truffle Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • Creme fraiche
  • Butter
  • Salt to taste
  • White truffle

Instructions:

  1. Scramble two eggs and add creme fraiche.
  2. Quickly fry in butter. Remove while wet.
  3. Add salt to taste. Shave white truffle over the top.
