Fried Dried Morels

Ingredients:
- Dried morels
- Salt water
- 1 cup flour
- Salt and pepper
- 1 stick of real butter
Instructions:
- Soak dried morels overnight in salt water.
- Cut the mushrooms in half the long way.
- Take a large zip lock plastic bag and put flour in it. Add salt and pepper to the flour.
- Take a large skillet and put a stick of real butter in it and melt it.
- Put the mushrooms in the bag of flour, coat them, and shake off the excess flour.
- Add them to the skillet of melted butter and cook them on medium-high till they are browned on both sides (Add more salt and pepper while cooking if desired).
- After they start cooking well, turn the heat down a bit and let them cook a little slower for about 5 minutes, then turn it back up to medium-high to brown them.
- Take them out, drain excess grease on a paper towel, and eat.
