Morel Risotto

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of Good Arborio rice
  • 12 morels, sliced
  • 4 tablespoons of butter
  • Good parmigiano (about 1/4 cup grated)
  • Water (as needed)
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Heat butter up in a pan. Add rice. Stir constantly.
  2. Keep adding water until the rice is nearly done.
  3. Add sliced morels. Keep stirring. Add water as needed.
  4. Grate parmigiano into the rice and stir.
  5. Grate black pepper to taste. Serve crazy hot.
